Principles

This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics services and no external content. Fonts are loaded locally. Personal data is processed only as described below.

Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is operated on a server provided by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland); a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. When the website is accessed, the server automatically processes standard log data:

The purpose of this processing is the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Retention period: a maximum of 10 days, after which the log data is automatically deleted by the hosting provider.

Contact

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide (e.g. email address, content of your enquiry) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in the case of pre-contractual enquiries. Correspondence is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Notify List (Email Notification)

Through the notify list, we collect your email address for a single purpose: one notification when the website opens. Registration uses a double opt-in procedure — it only takes effect once you have confirmed it via the email sent to you.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without any formal requirements, by emailing contact@albstein.li. Your email address will be deleted after the notification has been sent or after your withdrawal.

To manage the notify list and send the confirmation and notification emails, we use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 Boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) as a processor (agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, servers located in the EU). Your input is transmitted to Brevo exclusively via our own server; when visiting this website and submitting the form, your browser does not connect to any third parties. For technical reasons, the confirmation link in the email passes through a Brevo server before leading to our confirmation page.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority of the Principality of Liechtenstein (www.datenschutzstelle.li).
